What are some movies you can watch over and over again? Especially some less obvious ones.
I’ll stop on these 5 every time…
Glory
Casino
Heat
Lonesome Dove
Band of Brothers
I like others like Shawshank, Goodfellas, The Godfather, and Saving Private Ryan but those are on all the time so I’d take the others ahead of them.
Good list, but Band of Brothers isn’t a movie.
Sure. And neither is Lonesome Dove. I treat them different than other series since they were only one season and you can watch every episode in one day. I see them both as one long ass movie.
Excalibur
Braveheart
Gangs of New York
LOTRs #3
Wedding Crashers
Just rewatched Wedding Crashers recently, forgot how funny it was.
Midway
OG Star Wars Trilogy, OG Indiana Jones Trilogy, Back to the Future Trilogy. Jurassic Park. Blade Runner. Brazil. Akira.
The Graduate
The Great Escape
Hawaii
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
A Man For All Seasons
Chinatown
The Thomas Crown Affair (either one)
Going South
From Russia With Love
Home Alone, Planes Trains & Automobiles, Uncle Buck, Groundhog Day, any of the “Classic” 007 films.
Watched that one last night. Great movie.
Tombstone.
Good one. That’s another I never pass up.
Ronin (trust me on this one)

Casablanca
It’s a mad mad mad mad world

Home alone
North by northwest
Raiders of the Lost ark

Caddyshack
Blazing saddles
Just about anything with Gene Hackman
Terminator
Edit:

Chinatown
Sea of love (another trust me)
Agree with you on Ronin for sure.
