LSU probably won’t be in the Texas Bowl they played in it last year. The Texas Bowl has only invited a team in back-to-back years 1 time in its history, it was Minnesota 12-13 and they had by far their lowest attendance for the second year.

They had the best parties in year 2. Have some great stories about it. Fun group.

I read that they’re hosting the Frisco Bowl, too, since there’s construction at that venue.

So a practice facility has TWO bowl games this year? What a world.

However many it has, it has more than enough. It’s a game against Missouri State and Arkansas State in Frisco.

They host high school games including playoffs too. It’s probably a better venue than outdoors in December when there won’t be a huge crowd.

Drives home the point that bowl games – particularly minor bowl games – are all about the broadcasters and very little about game attendance.
