While it is a horrible idea, I agree with that sentiment, I wouldnāt worry if that fuels any further to the anti-vax, Q crowd, etc. These folks are an entirely self sustaining reaction at this point. Even if given evidence of their wrong headedness is then twisted into just further proof of the conspiracy. I canāt explain that thinking, I have a pretty much fully functional brain.

Yep, and apparently it must have been solidly on point, because I got flagged as āinappropriateā calling the bad arguments out. I also saw NRG got flagged for rightly calling these āprotestersā out for where they get their beliefs.
So there was no outright politics from either of us. Just people not liking getting called out. And I noticed the original strawman and itās reinforcement remain around though much more political.

I very rarely flag things. It has to be pretty over the top for me to do so.
I donāt think I get flagged much but donāt really pay attention.
I definitely donāt flag if I know what Iām getting into. A thread like this is going to generate borderline responses itās touchy, I go in prepared.
Iāll typically only flag for work inappropriate language, or if someone is throwing politics into a completely unrelated thread.
Flagās here without blatant insults, foul language, or a blatant political shrieking in obvious violation is just a lame move by a lame person who doesnāt like what was said but canāt argue anything better

and after alllllll that they took it upon themselves to shoot children under the age of 10 and in a few other cases they shot 1 year oldsā¦and then they shot and killed dozens of civil police officers and sucker punched dozens moreā¦thats what my take on that photo is
Maybe the problem is we took the lead out, and people took a lot of drugs. Freeing your mind can go in weird directions. 
No, wrong again. The thread you are referencing was about the meaning of words from an article about Dr. Redfieldsā explanation between ādriving the transmission cycleā and āspreading the virusā from within the article, not about mine or anyoneās political beliefs. We got that figured out by communicating our interpretations of those words and phrases by the four doctors referenced and not finger pointing about political beliefs which has nothing to do with that thread or posts. Politics and political beliefs had absolutely zero with that thread and posts.
Regarding this thread, just adding humorous balance to the fringe groups and their actions for which most have witnessed for 2 months now including this weekend. Nobody has ever seen the group posted by the original poster and this thread has struggled with figuring out what they are even protesting about. But what I posted has everything to do with the crazyness many of us have witnessed the last 2 months and falls in line with the question of what is the matter with these people and is tied to what is wrong with America these days?
Not sure if you saw the video of those two men being caught on video running up and down the street just firing their hand guns all over the place. They turned towards the park and fired their guns into the park and at least one of those bullets ended up in the stomach of an infant boy in his stroller. Very heart breaking listening to that little boys dad and grandmother being interviewed and hearing their pain in their voices along with their anger (especially of the grandmother). The gun violence has just gone crazy in some of these cities.

I think that is an oversimplification to
say the government is picking winners and losers.
A bar is primarily a place to socialize ; you can have your favorite beverage at home. However much you like, and then you donāt have to drive home buzzed.
So, a simple fact is, the government is targeting
places whose primary function is socializing. We all
feel sorry for these owners and employees and hope the government will provide assistance to these individuals. Until they can return to normalcy or find employment in other areas. This is a great time for a bold initiative to create a new economy by the government to provide seeding in new industry
to onshore.
Its about personal liberty.
That is the problem
Personal liberty doesnāt eliminate social responsibility. liberty and responsibility go hand in hand. If you donāt want to be told what to do in the middle of the pandemic, then act in the best interests of others without having to be told.

If you are referring to the video from NYC I saw something very different.
That group of people / family were exactly targeted. The violence is beyond the pale.
There is a culture of killing that must end before any progress on any other front will be made.
Infants should be in bed at 11:30 at night not at some sort of street party.
