I agree. UH can and should get a H-H with any of those teams
I would say Clemson or Georgia Tech. Either would be a great series for us.
Then you get nothing. I want something.
I’d vote for Northwestern. I’ve been watching their new stadium construction and the place is going to be a great place to watch a college game.
And my daughter and her family live in Evanston so it would be another chance to see my grandkids. That’s the best reason ever.
UH is in the Big 12… Can’t we act like it? We’re not CUSA any more.
Would love a home and home with Wisconsin. UW and Camp Randall are beautiful and a September game in Madison means a bunch of Coogs get a break from summer.
And TDECU during the day in September is HELL!! Let Wisconsin or Northwestern come down!! We’d be GLAD to play them @ TDECU!!
Is this upcoming season the one where they finally change that stadium name?
Picking from that list I like Georgia Tech and Northwestern. There’s some overlap between the alums of those schools living in Houston, and Coogs who live near those schools.
We have played them only 1 time so I nominate…Nebraska
Personally I would LOVE to see our basketball team CRUSH theirs. IMO Indiana’s football team won’t EVER be this good again- ever.
We are 1-0 why change? Besides TDECU isn’t near big enough for the crowd they would bring.
The sponsor needs to change their name before the name on the stadium gets changed. Don’t know what the holdup is with that, but it hasn’t happened yet.
I would not go there. Indiana has proven that every p4 team and maybe others can win it all. Nobody of the so called experts predicted them even in the cfp. As long as Cignetti is Coaching Indiana they are a National contender. Dismissing them is the same mistake that so many have made. Superior Coaching made the difference for Indiana. This proves that indeed we can win the cfp.
What Indiana did was amazing, my hat is off to them. All I am saying is Indiana has Ohio State’s and Michigan’s undivided attention now.
Not quite, it is two seasons in a row now.
My hypothesis is Ohio State and Michigan will go all out to destroy Indiana any way they can. I would LOVE to see Cignetti have a good run, but I think Ohio State and Michigan will ramp up the competition and really challenge Indiana. Part of my reasoning is Michigan State has had good years in both basketball and football, but don’t seem to get to the top of the Big 10 or stay there for very long.
They have tried already. Thank god for parity. This is why ohio state and other blue blood cheaters are so mad with the nil. The osu, michigan, uta have been cheating for decades. Now everybody else is doing the same thing with nil.
Yes, the NIL HAS changed the game somewhat to allow more ‘haves’ to emerge from the ‘have nots’ but in the long run I think the rich will keep getting richer.
The long run does not mean anything. Today is what matters.
