Why is it that we see more deer on the road during Spring?
Trees are blooming full of glands, fruits. Deer eat the glands/fruits and these glands have a ton of sugar. The sugar ferments inside the deer belly…Deer end up buzzed and end up in unexpected areas…roads.
It affects other animals too. Just be on the look out.
I crashed into one in Kansas years ago.
Jumped right out in front of me.
November is the worst time for deer on the road the “rut” starts, bucks chasing does, they get horny as all get out, kinda like when u were young chasing teenage girls around lol
