20 Memphis Players Test Positive - Game Postponed

Randy has said it. I have said it. You can’t start up college athletics and not expect positives. They’re not in a bubble. You can’t shut down every time a positive occurs.

The only hope is that the college athletes will be a little smarter than jumping on a party bus full of people.

Memphis has pulled a fast one on Houston. We had a more than decent chance of beating them September. Now Houston will have to go through Cinci, UCF , BYU before marching an injury laden team to Memphis in cold weather. Tall order.

And it could backfire for Memphis. Don’t underestimate this year. It could prove to be to our advantage.

I can’t believe Memphis had Arkansas State, UT-Martin, UTSA, and SFA all on the same schedule this year.

Maybe their scheduler came from Baylor !!

I’m wondering how many of those 20 - were false-positives! Just wonderin’ - thinkin’ out loud - were the tests run by the same outfit that reported 100 per cent positives recently - on more than 100 tests?
