but EE, I’m sure when Mack was head of the highest paid staff and getting the number one recruiting class year after year despite not having a national championship at that school for 30+ years, they were running a squeaky clean program right? haha

Applewhite came in, if I remember right, in the second quarter. Simms wasn’t doing well.
I remember the UH fans in the corner where we were sitting started a chant, “Put in Simms, Put in Simms” because Applewhite was doing well.
I think Applewhite spelled Simms on several occasions that season

Don’t be confused. Mack is a Longhorn.He is also a very knowledgeable football mind who does a good job on broadcasts. I’m ok with it.
Actually Mack is a Seminole but you can think what you want as I shall do the same.
