Even if we don’t get caught this time, we’re almost certainly guilty of doing this stuff, too. What do you think the odds are that Briles just turned into a sleazebag when he left for Waco? Was Ulric Maligi clean before he left for SMU? Why did Jarrett Allen take so long to commit to spending his one-and-done year at Texas if they were the only ones offering money?

Fraud! for one. Making fake PO to pay players, and the players or families not paying taxes on the fraudulent money. Its money laundering and fraud at its best, and Tax evasion, that’s some serious government no no’s

I remember Ed Oliver saying he didn’t answer his phone or respond to emails. He locked at his recruitment fairly early. Hopefully UH didn’t need to offer him anything other than playing with his brother and representing his city.

Didn’t realize until today that Ulric is now with A&M. I wonder if there are any conversations taking place with him by the A&M brass. Probably some nervous people wondering if they are next (broader comment - not A&M specific).
