So, dumb question but is this officially a black out game or they just wearing jerseys? I don’t own any black UH gear. Wondering if I need to go grab some. Although, UH never does blackout games well. They should just place black shirts on the seats before the game.

Yes, it’s being promoted for fans to wear black. You don’t necessarily need to buy a UH black shirt, though. You can wear whatever black shirts you may already have.

You know, I’ve been thinking lately that it would be cool if the university and alumni org would get together and offer each graduating senior a gift package including red, white, and black shirts of the student’s choice.
It wouldn’t have to be free necessarily but heavily subsidized would be good. Get the price down so the grads can afford them easily and they have something to wear to rep UH even if they aren’t in to athletics.
Has anything good or important come out of Connecticut? Why didn’t they just merge with RI and Mass and make one reasonably sized county in Texas.
