Man so many close calls, single plays that could have changed the game.

Anytime you lead with the crown of the helmet and there is contact with the head or neck area , then it’s targeting. Players don’t have to launch. I think the grey area in which the cheater zebras can operate freely is how ambiguous the word of “forcible” can be. It can contradict the majority of the definition because opinions of “forcible” can vary. The NCAA should be ashamed of including that into the definition.
