Drew Brees still has a lot in the tank. I don’t think they are parting ways with him and wouldn’t spend that kind of money to put Case as a QB in waiting.
Case has done more with Minnesota than Bridgewater has ever done with them…they would be STUPID to keep a love affair with THAT kid when it isn’t even close who is the better QB! Easy, get rid of the two QBs you are overpaying, keep Case, bring in two other QBs, pay the rest of the team/staff from the overpaid QBs.

EXACTLY! Keep the core intact that enables your QB to succeed. If you lose players on either side of the ball you’ve weakened this well balanced team. Dropping your two QBs allows you to free up $30-40 million and then lock down your receivers, line, and defense.
