Will Seniors get an extra year of eligibility?

But now that I think about it. He’s not the most athletic dude. You never see him ja moranting dudes. His game is more clinical. He has great poise and deep range.

Man, when was that last time that we saw a high school senior receive an extra year of eligibility? And why? All respect to the WW2 generation. But. And that’s a strong but… let’s compare apples to apples. Your quote is below. No reason to consider a high schooler requesting an extra year of eligibility with a college senior.

“An unreal number of Seniors missed their last Spring Semester and never got it back. And not just college Seniors but also High School Seniors.
It was The Spring of 1942.”

That’s his story? Lol

You do know the story is within the link?

In the article, he notes they have 8 scholly players (and 1 signed wing) coming back next year.

Yes. But he’s just telling you which players aren’t coming back and using old quotes. I don’t really see a story in there that expands much on the tweet. Definitely no juicy stuff.

Don’t get me wrong. I like the KCS. And this article is consistent with their reporting history. Kinda bland, midwestern style.

Via You Tube I was watching our 1983 National Semi-Final against Louisville and noticed Cumberland sitting on Denny Crum’s bench.

Announcers said he was red shirting.

Looks like seniors probably won’t get an extra year.

Word is that Cumberland had to leave because he starts drawing social security and since that is not available for all students, he cannot continue to play.
