Went to the Blazers game today, and other than a Max Max-esque battle chase on the freeway, everything was kosher. Awesomely safe and family-worthy. If the Nike tournament is at the Moda Center, there shouldn’t be any safety worries!

Possibly predicting we play Gonzaga.
The event last year was supposed to be TTU/UH/Gonzaga/Auburn
TTU and Gonzaga have a game this year. The scheduling makeups might be happening right now.
Other than having the coolest nickname in all of college sports, this is very meh.

We already have an expected strong non-conference slate. Need some easy games to throw in. I don’t mind playing teams that are a short road-trip away, especially if they’re coming here.

They took in a nice haul from the portal so it should be a solid game. Also Corey Davis brother transferred there this offseason.

Coming off a final four season, everyone we play will have our game circled on their calendars and will be playing out of their minds (remember that UT Rio Grand Valley game that was supposed to be easy, but we squeaked by 58-53). There will be very few easy games.

Seriously doubt there will be any restrictions, we are almost at 70% vaccination for adults and we live in Texas.
