I go back to the big crowds & the best CBaseB tailgate in Texas.
Big part of that was tough schedules w lots of Texas teams to tell the guys off at work and regional powers. Home and away.
Baseball still a sports on every level that the gate can pay the bills.
Iâm not sure what the margins are on baseball but they sure as sât arenât making ends meet with all these lowest level regional teams.

And that was CWS quality RiceâŠâŠback when we had lots of players drafted and an RPI in the top 20 if not top 10 with NO P-5 affiliation.
I never went to a baseball game while at UH but I did have season tickets for several years after graduation during the Noble years. That was during the Snyder, Lincoln, Wagner, Sullivan, Bourne timeframe (just rattling off names I can recall). Those were fun years even if going .500.in OOC was a challenge since we never did well at the MM Classic.

Roster remains a mystery. A few guys landed in new homes:

Iâd bet they post roster when break for HolidaysâŠalways sucks for those that got the Grim Reaper visit right before holidays

Hated that it didnât work out for Cherry BombâŠkid was a beast from 8U on, he could rake itâŠdonât remember him chunking in youth ballâŠhope he kills it at McNeeseâŠsee Burckel is there as well, he had good year .373BA 10HR 44BI.
