48% from midrange is great mid range percentages … in those metrics he shot 48% from 2s which is bad in the context of general 2s
the staff encourage and pushed mark to shoot midranges… thats why stat people say dont take mid ranges, but our staff has said they dont care about that

also irrelevant side note 4.5 vs 3.2 isnt 68%… its 40% but doesnt change your point…

Is probably a name that hasnt been mentioned here a lot.
its just that people have this habit of putting expectations on players and then getting mad at the players for not living up to that expectations
similar with grimes, with realistic or no expectations grimes 1st year here were pretty good all things considered for true soph… but he was attacked at everytime he didnt put up 30+ because he was supposed to be the 5star all American … numerous threads where made about grimes “sucking” for not putting up huge numbers… i feel a ton of people are putting a drastically better shooter than mark, and self creator on offense who is just iso-ing folks at will … that will then be disappointed that they over inflated the expectations and take in out on dunn

Pesik, I feel ya man….there’s all kinds of things I read that I know are blatantly wrong or way off base….I try to just pick and choose my battles….

Expectations come with the territory, pesik. We had a football board that was unreadable because the football team did not live up to expectations.
Seems more like to me the statistics didn’t match your prognostication and you are saying screw the statistics.
