Yes, but do we have money to hire anyone decent?

You may have already discussed this, but is Ramon out for the rest of the season? Go Coogs!

Really great breakdown of our team’s style of play.

Quannas White is taking the head coaching job at Louisiana. There’s a gold mine of talent in Louisiana and I think he’ll do a great job.

Well deserved. Good luck Q!

Q’s daughter is graduating HS so this is perfect timing for him. He will stay through the end of the tournament - doing double-duty. I think GA Jonathan Loredo joins him in Lafayette. Ryan Elvin could join as well, but I think he stays here to move up.

Hollis Price will move into his spot on the staff, Anthony Goldwire will take Hollis’ job (special assistant), and I think Elvin takes Goldy’s job (player development).

Hate to see him go, but it was inevitable. Hopefully our guys make him stay on the job here until April 8.

I’m shocked we’ve been able to hang on to all these assistants for so long. I wish Q the best of luck and will be pulling for his teams as long as they aren’t playing UH.

Q staying through the end of the Big 12 tournament or the NCAA tournament?

Q’s had a great run at UH. Better and longer than we could reasonably expect.

Good luck Q.

Staying the full way, but will obviously be doing double-duty.

Really happy to see Alvin Brooks having success at Lamar. Really speaks to our program development.

Will be interesting to see who follows quannas as an assistant from former players

If I’m reading Monceaux’s post right, Hollis is to fill his chair. @monceaux did I interpret your post correctly?

Big, big loss to the UH coaching staff. Looks like Quannas is headed to Louisiana to become there next HC. He was a really good recruiter.

This is awesome for Quannas - I’m glad that he gets an opportunity!

Coach is developing not just players, but the coaches that come in under him. That is the mark of true leadership! Wishing Quannas the best!

Do you think this is foreshadowing CKS’s decision to keep coaching or hang up the whistle at years end?
