Coach doesnât care about recruiting high school guys because he knows they wonât any good for him next year. He knows the only shot he has at saving his job is to kill it in the transfer portalâŠ
Well that assuming he even still cares enough to try and save his job. Could just be lazy. Smh
Also on rivals we arenât even ranked since they only rank top 100. We are in the âothers receiving recruitsâ section, if it existed. Ouch.

Can someone post an average rank based on average recruit score, not total points? Total points is heavily skewed by the size of the class and UH has a small one. The 247 sort is not working on my browser, but UH is not out of the top 100 when based upon average recruit score. More like somewhere in the 60s.
UH is only ahead of Iowa State in average total score in the new B12 for 2024. Too lazy to look at where we are national

I donât think there is a ranking by average rating per recruit. UH is at 86.11, which is ahead of BYU and Iowa State and essentially tied with Arizona, Cincinnati, West Virginia, Baylor, and Oklahoma State.

By the same logic why is it that our BIG12 compadres are ahead of us by the size of a different zip code?

The very fact that we are at the bottom explains it al. One of the pre requisite as a HC is to be a good/great recruiter or have people on staff that can. By our ranking it shows we have neither. That should never be acceptable.

I know the 247 will let you sort by avg rank but it only shows me the top 50. Whenever I expand to more, it reverts back to overall score. They have a garbage set up.
At least by avg recruit, UH is only at the bottom of P4 not all of FBS. Which really should not be unexpected as only 1st year in Big 12. In todayâs world recruits are not going to sign up two years before a school becomes P4 since they want success immediately or they can just transfer.

Wouldnât that apply to all the schools. So it becomes a wash. It is not just UH trying to recruit.
Can someone explain the exchange between Sellers and the beat writer on X the other day? Sounded like Sellers was accusing him of stealing and posting his story. Not sure why the beat writer at the Comical canât have his own sources.

Yeah, Sellers has been beefing with Go Coogs and now I guess Duarte. He was âfirstâ to report Freeman was out last Saturday and I guess mad Duarte didnât credit him.
