I would think it would apply to any athlete affected by the transfer rule.
Now it’s really going to be screwed.
These idiots opened the transfer portal and NIL without thinking about any kind of potential consequences.

Don’t you think that Attorneys will have to get involved? Binding NIL agreements? Consideration is involved, so a contract could be created. The Athletes are legal adults, so they can sign contracts.

No one post, more of a response to those who question any critical post about recruiting. NIL is such a key element of recruiting, it deserves to be evaluated and scrutinized.
They thought about the consequences.
This system was built by design.

Sure looks like it’s heading in that direction, unless this all somehow gets regulated.
This restraining order is in effect for 14 days, so impacts basketball and sports currently playing for sure. The case is yet to be settled but could conclude by 12/27. So it’s not clear how it impacts football and other sports not in season.
Same thing popped in my head.
