The same Nate @bjjackson1988 who predicted that Brazzell was a done deal because his dad wanted him to play for Fritz at UH ?!? Lol. Oh gosh.
The closest thing we have in here as a recruiting guru on the football side would probably be lil bro @Kmoney since he’s always around campus hearing stuff feed to him.
Nate’s info is the reason why I brought up McCloud’s tweet. Everyone is free to take it fwiw to them. If you post here enough, you’ve probably been wrong about something at some point.
As much as Nate I doubt it. I rarely make those kind of predictions here. Im more optimistic than anything else. I can also put something in here that half of the members already know. If it comes true great. If not well the trust goes away more often than not if you keep missing.
You want to give us some % #s since you’re keeping up w all that. It’s ok to give someone credit when they called it before it happened. But no need to call out someone else that might have missed on one. You’re good at that.
You still want to dispute that you & few others on here thought that ULL Collective NIL was offering their QB $500k+ to stay. So that meant UH was offering at least that.
You n another member resorted to getting personal , bc I said that wasn’t the case and Guess what, it still isn’t the Case … never remotely close to any $ figure like that for a QB coming here to try n earn the starting QB job, which is what is most important. Than if success comes guess what $$ n oppty for NIL at a BIG12 School will be way more than at a Sunbelt school. #BusinessDecision
. All good Bandera. But sometimes the crazies need to be put in their place.
When he tried to get personal over week ago … all bets are off. Ok, I’m good now.
I would guess these will be the starters up front:
DE Keith Cooper
NT Anthony Holmes (could change)
DE Quindario Lee
Looking strong at end where we’ll also have Zykeius Strong and Brandon Mack. I’m not yet sold on NT, but we need to see what we’ve got in Xavier Stillman and Everett Rogers and also how Justin Benton, Taleeq Robbins, and Hakeem Ajijolaiya have developed since last year. It could be that we’ll have maybe 3-4 solid guys but no stand out.
I don’t know enough to know how well it works for others. But I do know some of our best defenses of this century have been under a 3-4 using fast LBs who know how to tackle. Pundits would always say they were undersized… but they could rush, cover, gang tackle like crazy. And they could get some turnovers too.
