If I were guessing, I’d say Coog Fans, for the most part, are tired of the “quick fix”, and are finding a great deal of satisfaction in having Coach Fritz at the helm.
I understand that doesn’t appeal to EVERYONE, but the minority of folks aren’t going to change the University’s, the Athletic Department’s, or Willie’s approach to the way ahead.
I suggest you sit back and enjoy the ride.
The money (you want) will follow the success the Coog’s are now experiencing…

teetech spent big but their coaching staff was exposed during the season and especially against Oregon.
Indiana has not won yet. Cignetti has proven to every so called experts that YOU win on the field and YOU build a program with competent coaches.
Cignetti is not Saban yet but he is “carving” his own path.
This is what coaching is all about.
IU currently favored by 8.5, i don’t bet college ball but that seems being awfully nice to Miami to me. i am pulling for miami as a non-p2 and that the committee really played with them like a cat with a mouse before finally allowing them to go to the cfp; if miami can stick the committee and win it all, that would be good medicine; but i expect IU to roll miami and it it got georgia tcu bad, i would not be suprised.

I do not bet and I hope the game won’t be a blow out. Miami lost key players to injury in their last game. Would they be back? Let’s hope for a good game.
The fact that you insert “Fox News” into the discussion and call it “misinformation” implies that YOU are making this a “political” discussion.
You don’t know my social, political, or religious beliefs, nor are they relevant to the discussion.
Throwing money at something, anything, whether it is public education or something else, does not guarantee success. This is a well known fact.
Your not liking the particular example I used (as an analogy) caused you to digress.
I used that example because it is one of the most common, and widely accepted…
…and analogies, in general, when well-paralleled and well-known, are helpful in making a point.
If this isn’t articulate enough for you, that’s YOUR problem.
Perhaps it’s not my ability to articulate and more of a problem of comprehension (or bias) on your part?
To be clear…
Spending more $ on NIL is no guarantee for success. It can just as easily add to the problem. Whereas… using the NIL that is available, wisely, is much more likely to be part of the solution.
