Freshman are still going to be freshman no matter who they are. Save the physical talents of Peat and skills to score some in the post there will be many areas he will be learning and still seeing everything for the first time. So more talented and higher ceiling sure, better, not a chance.

Jojo being back is absolutely best case scenario.

After yesterday I just don’t see it. Demin to me is REALLY overrated. Think about some of the Euro dudes that have played recently. He doesn’t seem to match up with those guys.

Remember Franz Wagner from Michigan. He looked like an elite Euro dude. Demin, just looked like a guy.

He shouldn’t shave his head, he has good hair.

I accidentally clicked into the wrong draft for Demin.

My point still remains. Demin ain’t CLOSE to an NBA player. This isn’t a dig against Sharp, cuz Emanuel has definitely improved his D and is a DAWG now. That’s who was assigned to him mainly, and if he can’t get his offense going vs. Sharp, how the heck is he gon’ get it vs. Dyson Daniels, Derrick White, Jrue Holiday, Peyton Watson, Ausar and Amen Thompson, etc.?

Demin looked weak as a shooter. He’s gotten his “numbers” vs. weak arse comp. Against the last four teams with a pulse - NCSU, Prov, ASU, UH - he is 6-35. Against the two B12 teams, he’s 2-14. He’s 0-15 from deep in his last 4 games.

Add in the Ole Miss 5-13 shooting with 2-9 behind the arc, and he’s 11-48 against P4 college teams.

Miss me with him being worthy of top 5 status. Scouts just looking for their next Russian Andrei Kirilenko or the next Drazen Petrovic.

Mylik Wilson shoots better than him from outside.
My point still remains…

I have seen Flemings play 6-7 times now….3-4 last year and twice this year.

He is going to be really good defensively.

Offensively, he has the ability to take over a game when he needs to and can score from all three levels.
Personally, I think his biggest strength is getting to the rim….i have not seen a high school player in San Antonio this good since Jordan Clarkson.

Flemings reminds me a bit of Tim Hardaway….he is not built like Tim but his game at this point reminds me of him.( Kingston is a better shooter)

I read pesiks review and agree with most everything….i just think Flemings has more offensive potential as a freshman.

Wow. Didn’t realize Clarkson was a Texas kid before going to Missouri.

San Antonio Wagner——led them to state semi’s junior and senior year.

I’m really excited about Flemings as well.

Would be great if both Flemings and Harwell are here for at least two years.

I’m not sure we have ever brought a pair of guards like Flemings and Harwell in the same class…ever

Flemings is D Rose but not quite as explosive.

So Jake will be following Ryan’s footsteps next season?

Those would be some BIG shoes to fill.

Just the return of “We want Elvin” makes it worth it, plus keeping the family involved for another 4-5 years.
