I think Isaac is just listed as a four but fair enough. Jojos definitely an interesting prospect. Hes got good lateral quickness and the kid is country strong.
When JoJo comes out of nowhere to reject a shot into the third row, I think to myself “this youngster is headed to the NBA next year.”
random thought ive had for a while is when players dont play to their best interest
jojo has stopped even looking for the 3… when there are tons of videos of him online making like 9 out of 10 3s… jojo just shooting 1 or 2 wide open 3s a game at 35%+ and is likely the difference between him having few hundred thousand guaranteed (NIL/ gleague) and guaranteed 9mil for his family (mid 1st round draft minimum)…sam at the athletic says jojo is a early 2nd with no offense… he skyrockets with any glimer of a respectable skillset to develop
similar with jwan, no one is looking for a 6’7 235 post player even oversees… randomly shooting wide open 3s, and we are talking undrafted potential 2way. 1mil contract in the top euro/china league vs 140k contract was the level 2 turkish league…
this reminded me of dejon entering his senior year… him not being a shooter was the difference between being drafted and undrafted… for the millions of dollars difference youd have seen me shooting a like a million 3s a day in the offseason
You really have to be generational athletic wise like Amen Thompson to get drafted very high even if he lacks a jump shot/offense.
Defense and IQ are there too for him.
And you need a bit of handle. If you are 6’7 and can’t shoot you need to be able to drive
Thanks!! Unfreakinbelievable all three of our commits are finalists for POY !!!

All 3 freshman next year will play a lot. It’s one thing to be a 5 star and be overrated like some are but these 3 coming to UH are the real deal. What a coup for our fans, school & coaching staff. Looks like they hit on all of them. Plus they all play for good teams including our little 3 star Bryce Jackson whose team may WIN state at Shadow Creek!!!
PG. Uzan- Flemmings
2G. Sharp- Miller
3G. Arceneaux- Harwell
PF. Tugler-McFarland
C. Cenac-Lath
McCarty-Jefferson-Jackson
Not a guarantee they all make the rotation
Who’s Harlow ?
I have a feeling coach will hit the portal for some upperclassmen. A back up big in case McFarland & Lath aren’t ready to contribute due to injury/rawness.
Maybe a veteran wing player, too! Doesn’t have to be one of top available ones but one coach knows he can trust like Wilson this year!
Jack’s got game….i saw it in a movie ![]()
What I see here is room for a 9 man rotation and a 3 headed monster of bigs again if JoJo stays and Koa decides he wants to win a Natty
Pg - Milos + King
Sg - ESharp + Mercy
Sf - TA + IH
PF- Chris + Koa + TA + IH
C - JoJo + Chris
So so so so so so nasty. What a program our coach has built
We going to need some veterans in the wing and inside. Don’t think coach going to run with all the young guys. A bunch of the successes of our program come from continuity, so it will be interesting to see how we do next year where we will have a very big roster turn over.
He’ll hit the portal ![]()

It’ll be malpractice from coach to put that much pressure on freshman.
Especially how tight his rotations get early on and won’t sacrifice winning. He’ll get a couple of veterans on the squad.
Very young teams rarely win big come tournament time.
He’s already got the potential of having 10 players that feel they should be playing next year if several/most return. You all might be right that he needs to get some (1-2) players in the portal, but if he goes that route expect to see some transfers (leaving) that might blow your mind.
If someone leaves, then so be it. It’s not like Samson can’t find a suitable replacement. Fact: No one on the bench has proven anything yet. That includes Mercy, who might have the most potential.
An old movie star. Sexy lady back in the day
