It was a hostile crowd for our girls but they managed well. I think it’s pretty established that tt doesn’t like UH.

Doesn’t help that Colorado’s Leyba is the nation’s highest goal scorer (regardless of conference).
It was a sound game overall, but the elevation definitely affected the girls’ endurance, which reflected in sluggish passes, defending & not being able to connect quickly with the forwards.
Also, I’ve noted (across a few games) that this team seems to have difficulty defending bounced balls in the box; there is indecision & confusion as to who will go for the ball.
It first caught my attention against UT, and today, that’s how Colorado’s Leyba was able to score late in the game.
