2026 is really Year 1 for Fritz

Yall push the most convenient, uninformed narratives. Dive deeper like what? Like diving in and finding that 99% of Dana’s guys are gone? :joy:

Who is pushing a narrative?

I merely suggested we do a deeper dive into who’s still on the roster, any insight on their development, injury status, weight gain… etc…

Apparently you came up a “99%” figure. So all of Dana’s guys are gone except 1?

I find that hard to believe. Are you trying to aid in the discussion, or just bashing other posters because you don’t like the topics they want to discuss?

Oh please.

“Oh please” what?

Do you have any insight?

Idk man. This is why I was so mad with Nagle. I’ve seen him exploit teams in exactly this fashion. I just wonder why he didnt utilize that obvious advantage more often yesterday.

“After losing another winnable home game, the best thing UH can do right now is double CWFs salary.”

  • (some) Coogfan’s logic.

Fixed it for ya…

I’m not seeing all of these “fire the HC” posts you seem be going on about.

“Seem to be going on about?”

I just mentioned it once.

Let me help you out a little…

If you’re really interested in finding them, just go to the game threads (even in the games we end up winning). That’s where you’ll find most of them.

But the “Willie Haters” spew their venom into every thread they can.

If you haven’t seen it, you are either…

  1. Not on here much.
  2. Have blinders on.
  3. Don’t want to find it.
  4. One of them and are in denial.

But, since I’ve seen you on here frequently, and seem to recall the nature of your past comments, I’m pretty sure it’s NOT option 1.

Not trying to be confrontational, but it’s a VERY common theme on this MB. So, for the sake of the casual poster, I peel the onion back.

There’s a core of people who are simply never happy. Not going to mention any names. They know who they are. H ell, everyone who’s on this MB for any period of time knows who they are.

Every “fan base” has them…

Let me help you out a little: criticism doesn’t equal FIRE HIM.

You’re welcome.

And yeah, being “confrontational” is exactly what you’re doing. It’s still weak.

They think they are smarter than an AD. Fritz was not their choice for coaching hire, so they dont miss an opportunity to take negative shots and if call them out they start gaslights.

Never said it did.

But “fire him” means “fire him” last I checked.

You are option 4.

I am convinced that Dude is either CWFs agent or wife, because no grown man should care that much about a strangers job.

This….

Now I’m dealing with the reality of being sucked into stupidity by one of them.

Should have looked at his “user name” before I responded and, instead, used “the better part of valor” > discretion.

He’s not worth any more of my time.

He’s a lifelong friend. I don’t care about his job. I care about my friend.

It’s waaayyy too easy for people to say things on the internet without regard that they are talking about “real people”.

You should know better.

I like your take on most things. Just not on this one.

10-3 here we come!

Yeah. Put the smackdown on Baylor and Win a decent bowl game.

Then next year will even be more exciting.

Gotta try harder to avoid the “miserable” folks on this MB.

The veil of internet anonymity has given weak men unearned courage.

None of them would be saying this in person, or in the face of these people.

Yep

Can we apply some critical thinking here and consider why there are no linemen left over from the Dana era two years after he left, and what that might say about where we should set our expectations for an offensive unit that benefits from age and experience more than any other?
