2026 Road Games

We have a pretty tough road schedule this season and a few destinations that would be cool to travel to! That being said (aside from Lubbock) are any of yall planning a trip for an away game? I’ve been looking long and hard at West Virginia.

My wife and I had talked about doing Kansas State because the following Monday is Columbus Day so we can make a weekend out of it. Guess it depends on game time though to be able to drive in.

If Colorado wasn’t so late at night and on a Saturday, that would have been one I wanted to go to.

Manhattan is a cool little town! My brother was stationed in Ft. Riley during his military service so got to go to the Little Apple a few times!

Doing Tech, and possibly K-State and West Virginia.

Yes.

I’m going to Boulder game with my daughter on Friday the 13th, flying to Pittsburgh, PA without her. Going to Morgantown and will be there for the Saturday the 21st game vs. WVU with a friend of mine that I worked with in WV back in the day.

It should be noted that this is UH’s first time to ever play the Mountaineers at their home. We’re going to need as much red as we can muster.

Colorado game is on a Friday

Wish I could make the Colorado game. I’m gonna be on a work trip. One of my brothers and his wife live in Boulder. Absolutely beautiful out there. Caught our men’s basketball team out there during the 2025 season!

This is not the best season for road trips. I wish TCU was on the schedule. Always a nice place to visit. I just can’t see going to Lubbock on a Friday night.

Utah. Will have to wear Columbia Blue, though.

Georgia Southern.

I bet that’s gonna be kind of cool. Statesboro is off the beaten path

Perhaps K-State. Easy driving distance from Omaha.

Go Coogs!

How is Ogden? I’ve never been, but my grandma was borned there. Hell, I’ve never been to Kansas for that matter.

Looks much less exciting than Manhattan.

we’re wearing blue in Utah?

Utah plays in Salt Lake City doesn’t it? Rice-Ecckles stadium?

Makes sense, for the BYU rivalry, it is always all red vs all blue. I guess we can fill in for the blue Coogs.

Yes I know. I guess I didn’t phrase it right. I was trying to say if it wasnt so late and if it was on a Saturday.
