The NIL is pure capitalism- the market determines the value.
If alums want to give away their future generation’s inheritance to an 18 year old high school kid they don’t know, they have the right to do so.
Now the corporate component is totally different. That is about marketng opportunities and i would think we will be a top 5-10% type of P5 NIL school for that category.

No, it is the federal courts that did that. The NCAA fought NIL all the way to the USSC and lost. Blame the courts.
NCAA was in violation of U.S. antitrust law. Pretty big deal.

We had another guy that committed yesterday. Today, he is going to hear out another school before making it official with us.
