Alabama Transfer Anoma Dismissed

Yes but when you return 50 million starters and your QB you usually improve on that alone. Things slow down and you don’t have to repeat yourself over and over. Then, in the words of CDH you could actually "coach this **** ". lol

Anoma doesn’t appear the type of player we need in the program. A big hint should of come when he got kicked out of Alabama. And from what I heard the news about Anoma should not have come as a surprise…regardless, we move on and yes we are going to be much improved with or without these guys.
This is a huge year for our program because it is obvious that our attendance will go down until we start winning…just the nature of our program…here is hoping Holgersen can generate some excitement that equates to wins and fannies in the seats…

Yes Sir, hope the young man figures it out quick before his window of opportunity closes with the physical gifts he’s been given and/or he ends up in much worse places.

If im not mistaken he was recruited in 2018 when applewhite was still the coach.

You gotta give it up. What about when all the inevitable injuries start happening. Not if but when they happen. Then CDH can tell ya how thin he’s here, there. Matter of fact only thing thinner will be those Thin Mints that Girl Scouts will deliver.
Ok I’m headed back to Basketball side…just visiting!

To be fair its only rumors. But it just seems like they could have found a way to work through it if it was academic issues. But if he was having a hard time with the team and just refusing to put in the effort than it’s probably a culmination of a lot of problems.

Not buying it. Lol the guy NEVER played. We have a 4-2-5 with several NBs who are the same size as Kirven. Depth at LB is truly a non issue.

Thank You…

First off, he was going to a Clowney/Mercilous type player. He was a bona fide difference maker. To say we have other guys and won’t miss him, we that’s just dumb.

It is unfortunate for us that he he’s leaving. However, a guy with his issues would hurt our team more than he would help it on the field.

I was not referring to LBs in any way. More in general when injuries start happening. That’s when the recruiting or lack of shows its hand.
I see 5-6 wins on low end and maybe 7-8 max on high end. Book It!

Hardest spot to find in Texas is a LB. Due to the spread, most potential college LB’s in HS are DE’s and many safeties are now LB’s. Hard to project and hard to find.

Xsmith I appreciate your optimism. We need more like you and less negative Nellie’s like me.

He didn’t overthrow open receivers because the other teams “figured him out”.

Hush! Your not allowed to mention that because king is the best qb since our last bestest qb.

He also did not throw the ball at the feet of receivers because other teams “figured him out” . . . . . He was just not very accurate the first four games . . . . .

This takes the whole “Unboom” thing to a whole new level!

It’s not dumb its facts. How do you miss something you never had? Stop being weird.

Edit: I think people are obsessed with his high profile to the point they’re missing the facts. Not saying he wasnt going to be good or of value; I was simply stating that the season is not over! He never played! Nothing changed.

Saban dismissed him from the team…WHY? Skipping classes, being late to classes…fighting with teammates, insubordination, which translates to talking back to coaches…
And when he got a second chance here, instead of changing, he just did the same things AGAIN!!
And got himself dismissed again…
His kind of player is a cancer…Better to not have him at all than deal with all that…
