Intersting. When you click on the article, the headline changes to “ Jordan says ‘Israeli settlers’ attacked Gaza-bound aid convoy”
Be careful about these reports. Many, if not all of them have been debunked.

Be careful about these reports. Many, if not all of them have been debunked.
Why would the Jerusalem Post write a story like this if it was debunked?
The headline when you click into the article actually accuses Jordan of making those claims which is very different than what the link says.
Don’t get personal.
TURMUS AYYA, West Bank (AP) — Hundreds of Israeli settlers stormed into a Palestinian town in the occupied West Bank on Wednesday, setting fire to dozens of cars and homes to avenge the deaths of four Israelis killed by a pair of Palestinian gunmen the previous day, residents said. Palestinians said one man was killed in the violence.
The settler attack came as the Israeli military deployed additional forces across the occupied West Bank, and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced plans to build 1,000 new settler homes in response to the deadly shooting.
The moves threatened to further raise tensions after two days of deadly fighting in the West Bank that included a daylong Israeli military raid in a Palestinian militant stronghold and Tuesday’s mass shooting.
Palestinian residents and human rights groups have long complained about Israel’s inability or refusal to halt settler violence. In Wednesday’s rampage, residents in Turmus Ayya said some 400 settlers marched down the town’s main road, setting fire to cars, homes and trees.
Mayor Lafi Adeeb said some 30 houses and 60 cars were partly or totally burned.
“The attacks intensified in the past hour even after the army came,” he said. At least eight Palestinians were hurt during the ensuing clashes, which the army tried to disperse by firing rubber bullets and tear gas.
Palestinian medical officials said one man — identified as 27-year-old Omar Qatin — was killed by army fire and two other people were wounded. Residents said Qatin was a father of two small children and worked as an electrician for the local municipality.
“He was just standing there, innocent, he is such a kind hearted kid. He had no stones, he was totally unarmed, he was at least half a mile (one kilometer) away from the military,” said Khamis Jbara, his neighbor. “He works from 6am to 6pm. He is a peaceful man.”
Palestinian residents of the town, known for its large number of American citizens, were seething and in shock after the attack.
Streets were littered broken pots, uprooted trees, charred yard furniture and skeletons of cars. At least one house was completely torched, the living room blackened, the furniture burned to ashes.
“It was terrifying, we just saw mobs of people in the streets, masked, armed,” said Mohammed Suleiman, a 56-year-old Palestinian-American who lives in Chicago and was visiting his hometown. He said his brother, who is currently in Chicago, owns one of the burned houses.
Suleiman blamed the Israeli military, saying the soldiers turned their guns on the Palestinian residents instead of the vandals marching into the town with guns and firebombs, throwing fuel oil and setting alight everything in their path. The army “literally clearing the way for them,” he said.
Dozens of masked settlers attacked a police convoy in the northern West Bank on Saturday afternoon, requiring security forces at the scene to request backup after far-right activists hurled stones at them and slashed the tires of their vehicles, authorities said.
Police said that forces were responding to a report of clashes between Palestinians and Israelis in the area of the Kipah Srugah outpost, north of the settlement of Yitzhar.
Authorities broke up the clashes and were making their way out of the area when they came under attack by settlers, police said. The forces called for police and military backup, but the suspects managed to flee the scene.
Photos provided by police showed the tires of two vehicles completely gashed and the side mirrors smashed by the far-right activists, who were armed with knives and stones.

JERUSALEM, May 9, 2017 (WAFA) – Israeli settlers last night spray-painted anti-Arab graffiti on walls and slashed the tires of about 30 Palestinian-owned cars after raiding Shuafat refugee camp in East Jerusalem, according to local sources.
WAFA correspondent said the settlers spray-painted racist slogans, such as “death to Arabs” and “price tag” on walls, before slashing the tires of 30 vehicles.
Attacks by Israeli settlers in occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank are commonplace. Between 500,000 and 600,000 Israelis live in Jewish-only settlements across occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank in violation of international law.
What does this have to do with Gaza from your original article?
What’s the source of this graph?
Can you provide?
The graph was shared with me. I don’t have the original source.
You’re giving me data from 2019
Nvm …. .
“Anti Palestinianism can’t be ignored” is title of the thread.
I’m going to say this which will probably get the thread locked. Israel is not committing genocide. Period. Israel is fighting a war they didn’t start. These are the facts.
Why is Israel the only country in the world ever held to a ridiculous “proportionate response” standard? If Israel truly wanted to kill all of the citizens of Gaza, they would have by now. As opposed to Hamas who actually wants to rid Israel and the rest of the world of Jews.
Why are some people so ready to believe the Hamas/Hezbollah propaganda? It’s mind boggling.
Who really wants a genocide? Hamas and their supporters or Israel?
Who really has an Apartheid state? Israel or all of the Islamic countries that evicted the Jews?
Do people really know the meaning behind “from the river to the sea”? Or “free free Palestine”?
None of that matters. Propaganda is propagated by both Hamas and IDF/Netanyahu.
I have no side in the conflict because ultimately this conflict is about money and resources, but it’s clear that Israel is at the helm of a humanitarian crisis in Gaza and is killing innocent people in much higher degree than what Hamas did on Oct 7. Israel’s treatment of Gaza/Palestinians has occurred for decades, this didn’t start Oct 7.
That being said, the USA and most western counties benefit from the status quo (Israel heavily surveilling and imprisoning Palestinians) they just can’t say publicly it because most people are very simple minded and can’t see the reality of what this conflict actually is.
A Palestinian state (autonomy in their economy and military) is a direct threat to Israel → which is a threat to US Economic interests. That’s all this is.
If it isn’t the USA, then Israel will just run to the next country whether it be China, Russia or any other country that’s willing to financially support Israel to remain in power.
This conflict isn’t about Palestinian freedom. It isn’t about Jewish Zionism. It’s about economic interests and preventing the destabilization of the Middle East.
The truth matters
Not taking a side is standing with the death cult of Hamas. Would you have taken a side against the Nazis in WW2? Didn’t we learn not too long ago that “silence is violence”? If you think this conflict is about money and resources, you are sadly mistaken. It’s about one sides wish to wipe out the other side (hint, it’s Hamas wanting to wipe out the Jews). How do I know that? They’ve told us…over and over again.
Hamas (and the UN) is at the helm of a humanitarian crisis in Gaza. In history, how many sovereign countries who have been attacked were required to send humanitarian aid to the countries that attacked them? Was Poland required to send aid to Germany? Was GB required to send aid to Germany? Why should Israel be held to that standard when that standard never existed before?
Another ridiculous standard. When has any sovereign nation been held to a “proportionate response” standard? Is Israel supposed to kill exactly as many people as Hamas killed?
Israel left Gaza in 2005 and left them to govern themselves. What did the Gazans do? They destroyed the infrastructure Israel built including green houses and built launching pads to attack Israel over and over again. Any humanitarian crisis is the fault of Hamas and Hamas only.
This might be the only accurate statement in your post.
This conflict is about Israel’s right to exist and live without the threat of extinction.
Now I’m sure this will get locked, but I just couldn’t keep quiet any longer. Never again is now.
Gaza was in a humanitarian crisis before Hamas existed.
Israel has never given Gaza any chance at autonomy. It doesn’t matter if they left Gaza. They still imprisoned them and will never allow them to have their own economy or military without Israel surveillance. That would literally be suicide for Israel.
This conflict is not about Israel’s right to exist. Israel DOES exist, and it has the support of the most powerful country on earth, the USA → because the USA uses Israel as a pawn for its own economic interests. The USA needs Israel to remain an independent force and country in the Middle East so that Israel can act as an extension of US interests in that region.
Everything at the end of the day comes down to capitalism. A liberated Palestine is a direct threat to capitalism, especially for the USA.
Enforcing border security is not a prison. Why is Israel being accused of this? Why not Egypt? They share a border too.
But its fun to shout genocide! Especially when they heard it from their media.
Is Egypt IDF?
Is the USA funding Egypt exactly the same as Israel?
It seems you’re trying to twist my posts as pro-Palestine, which I’m not saying as such.
The problem with “pro-Israel” is that many of those advocates cannot see this conflict in anything other than good cop bad cop. It just doesn’t compute in their brain.
But that’s what propaganda does, just like when US invaded Iraq to “fight for our freedoms” or find WMDs
Everything is about economic interests. As long as Israel continues to imprison Palestinians in Gaza, then that ultimately benefits Americans such as you and myself. It’s just a fact. There’s no other way to put it.
