Kind of expected to be near the bottom but overall the direction is trending upwards. Our schedule is absolutely brutal, 7th most difficult.
We would be except that other big 12 teams are even worse than us.

Back in mid late 70’s in the SWC when I was at UH we owned teams like TCU, Baylor, TT, SMU, Rice, now UT, Arky, A&M try to give us a run for our money to no avail , we dominated them to.
Not great to have the originals be the bottom four though. You’d like them to be more competitive

I’m not impressed with Utah. Kansas State I’m 50/50 on. Kansas, Baylor and Arizona should be wins.
We close out the season against BYU in what would essentially be the divisional championship.
Again, this predicates that Zeon is our offensive lightbulb. We have the defense to win games.

We beat the exact same team with our exact same team 41 to 7 in THEIR house 10 months ago. It breaks my heart to see so many of your fans who I cherish from my new favorite fan base give Iowa State the ol’ “flyover little brother who again?” treatment we get from everyone else.
I don’t know what else we could possibly do to earn your respect. So i guess thats just how this is gonna be. Not unexpected, just disappointing.
