If the networks want any of the remaining PAC 4 schools to join the Big 12, they’ll work with BY and pay for it.
Only one of the 4 I’d like to see is Oregon State.
Otherwise, I’d like to see the Big 12 pause and wait to see what happens with the ACC. Pitt, Louisville, VaTech and one more (NCSU, GaTech or Miami of available or maybe) make a lot of sense for the Big 12 eastern schools.
It’s not like the PAC 4 are going anywhere, at least I don’t think they are, so why rush to pick up any more PAC teams?

San Diego State has a 30 million exit fee, they ain’t paying that to join another G5 conference making roughly the same revenue
SDSU screwed themselves when they left the MWC prematurely expecting a PAC invite
Stanford and Cal would go to the ACC out of sheer desperation to remain relevant in non-revenue sports like Olympic sports, but good luck with those cross country flights every week
