I wouldn’t assume that to be true. ![]()
Anyway, they aren’t trying to catch a ball and shoot it while keeping an eye on the line out of their peripheral vision.

I said the same thing tonight. If this tech becomes more popular Nike needs to come up with a sneaker that is made to play on this surface.
Tech gone wild imo. Everything the human mind can come up with, doesn’t need to be implemented. Court sucks imo. Ugly ass gray.
Technology looking for a reason to exist.
Lol, you’ll get use to it.
Bayern Munich has been using it for their home court since 2024.
FWIW I really like the look of the court.
Doesn’t have to be gray… not sure why they’re doing it that way. They could have the whole thing in color
Interesting facts:
I think LED floors are here to stay. Technology will get better, the floor surface will get better and your kids/grandkids will know it as a standard floor.
A wood floor would be like going from a cell phone to a wired phone. That’s old folks stuff. You can get on board with the future or stay irrelevant in the past.

NOPE! You have athletes presented with a surface that is UNSAFE. I don’t know how many times the players slipped, slid, or actually fell. If I am an NBA prospect and I get injured because the court is unsafe, I am suing TF out of Yormark and the Big 12 conference. Then that POS floor will disappear in a hurry.
The floor was glass. Brilliant idea big12.
There was a lot more slipping and toe stubbing than normal.
As bad an idea as having the tourney in Kansas and Iowa States backyard for the next 15 years !!
Bull kakka !!
Who’s study !!
A 2 million dollar court and you guys think that a brand like the B12 would expose their players to a surface that they can slip more on?
This court has been on
All star weekend, UK, Fiba games.
Didnt seem to stop AJ from scoring 26. Or our players from scoring their averages…
Its BY calling the shots now
Wouldn’t be the first time the Big 12 screwed themselves in the conference championship.
I remember the controversy of the 2008 season when they decided OU would represent the Big 12 South in the conference championship over UT even though UT won head to head with the same conference record.
Then the debacle of not having a conference championship game at the end of the 2014 season which left out Baylor and TCU from the CFP.
Mueller Pre-tape Tuffner quick drying spray- $9.95/can… Surely Yormark won’t mind if players sprayed this on their shoes to play on his million dollar court!
I just saw that.
Not a good look for Yormark, but at least he saw the light. Why did it take three days to figure it out, though?
Where everyone getting the stats that there are more slips on the glass court?
How refreshing a leader who listens to feedback and is willing to admit a mistake and make changes. Rare these days in America.
