The only conference where Houston has whooped their ass at least once this year…

Thank you for doing your part to help Oklahoma State.

What’s the attendance capacity there?

On the BIG12 CT Seeding, ISU is trying to hold to the 4th spot for a double-bye in Tourney. Meanwhile BYU is now tied w them ( 6 losses) n making it interesting to maybe claim that spot. KU is rt there also at 7 losses. I thk TX Tech ( 5 losses) goes to Lawrence KS b4 end of reg season. UH ( lock) & Arizona pretty much have 2 of 4 spots taken but other 2 are up for grabs imo. Anyhow those are the situations i like following as season winds down.

This reminds me of the time I went to the Final Four in Dallas at Cowboy Stadium. I hate watching basketball games in such big arenas.

BYU is big… but you don’t feel far away. That Indiana picture feels like you’re watching from space.

Edit:

This picture was from the 4th from the top row of the Marriott center without any zoom in or out. We used to have a capacity over 22,000, but now it’s down to 18,000 because we replaced benches with chairs.

That Indiana picture looks way worse.

Ya, IU is a little abnormal because the ends are so small, but the sides are enormous and very steep with a thin balcony to get to that capacity.

KC T-Mobile is bigger by about 1,000 ish seats, and I’ve sat at the very top and I thought the view was pretty good actually.

(Probably very similar to the BYU pic above, except it’s balcony. You get a nice elevator ride to the 3rd floor too, so there’s not a lot of stair climbing. ISU bias aside, I can’t recommend the BTT enough. The infrastructure is 2nd to none.)

since clues on who ducked almost never come out when it comes to this i’ll take it as a compliment since bruce didn’t want to catch the smoke in fertitta proper even with probably the best team in the country

Since we are doing stadium talk tonight…

I walked into Fertitta and I was like “wow, cool stadium. This place is made for fans. Not a bad seat in the house.” I really like it.

But I was wrong. There are like 3 bad seats in the house and we had them all lol.

Front row stadium seats behind the hoop. I could not see the middle half of the court or if shots were going in lol. It’s a glass backboard- I have no idea why the view was so bad lol. Still a cool place to watch ONE game.

But I don’t feel I’ve actually seen a game at Fertitta yet lol.

And yes - front row seats in my price range I should have known lol.

I went to the BYU SMU game and bought seats on the front row… right behind the play clock. Couldn’t see anything

Remind me to never let y’all pick the seats if we’re going to a game.

Luckily I could buy another pair of seats because SMU doesn’t have any fans
