Big12 Basketball 2025-26

Haven’t they already started doing that in football… Mensah had to settle out of court with Dook to transfer to Miami…

Where are they playing Ohio State?

Delta Center. Where the Jazz play.

I am fairly certain it’s a way to pay Ryan smith back for NIL

Lol, Tennessee has weak transfer game. ISU women had 10 in the transfer portal, though one of those later withdrew. Including that withdrawal there are 3 returnees from last years team. One of the two that never entered the portal is Buchanans GF and the other is a legacy player. Fennelly has underperformed for 15 years, definitely should have been let go at least 10 years ago, and isnt being fired because of “money”, but thats just an excuse.

Yes the portal sucks but in some cases it allows men/women to leave disastrous situations or abusive coaches.

I thought this was the football board, for some reason. I knew there wasn’t an NFL stadium in Utah, so that’s why I asked.

Well said…

Big Ten’s March Madness payday shows the rich aren’t just richer—they’re pulling away

The neutral court thing is just a way to game net and similar metrics.

It seems to be disappointing home season ticket holders everywhere because this is becoming the norm.

:100: disappointing and we certainly know how it feels to lose marquee games to these “neutral sites/arenas”

Are you talking about Toyota Center?

He may be. We only brought 7,000 to a 17,000-seat arena vs. Seminoles, and we season ticket holders, had to purchase another ticket.

It’s one game and it’s about five miles away from campus.

Were you there?

The turnout was better when we played the Aggies there, and Texas played LSU (2-3 years ago). The 4 teams brought a great buzz and crowd to the doubleheader. They need to do the doubleheader again if they want the turnout.

Was not able to but would have.

Sure was, behind UH bench and wearing red… were you there?

But it’s only 5 miles from campus.

Distance wasn’t the problem. Prior engagement.

Yes I was, been to all 3 of the Toyota games. Made the Auburn game too. I was asking the dude who said it was only 5 miles from campus

That’s my point… but this hasn’t been the only neutral game:
Vs Arkansas in New Jersey
Vs Auburn in Birmingham
