UC will not be a post scoring team and they will feast at the line still.
Riley will live at the line. He took basically the same amount of free throws as Flemings & sharp combined, who shot the most free throws for Houston.
Fleming has a 44.7 foul rate
Mahaffey has a 31.5 foul rate
Perryman has 27.6 foul rate
Elamin has a 24.2
Tejada has a 33.9 foul rate
UC Will get fouled.
As for Calhoun & defense/toughness. They went toe to toe with Arizona for a huge portion of that game. Had a top 45 defense after hiring a defensive coordinator.
Great coaches know what there good at and what they need to ask help on. He has decided to pass the defense onto an assistant much like JB did at Michigan a while back.
One could argue that Sampsonz biggest flaw is his inability to cosch good offense. He should hire a offensive guru to help him win a natty

Kansas is a healthy cut above for sure. But it’s in the ballpark. Maybe just inside centerfield fence at the Polo Grounds, but somewhat in the ballpark lol.

i noted in the big 12 preview that byu looks stacked at every positon but center next year
