I’m excited to find out
Why? BYU was better than Kansas last year. And added potentially the number 1 pick in the NBA Draft to their team.
its terrible for multiple reason
- no value put into international players at all… not oone international player was mentioned. he talked about big additions for certain teams, and would then mention players less touoted than their international players…
- he only cares about starting lineups not depth pieces … depth wasnt mentioned oncee in the video, but makes sense if you look at the rankings…
- i think he was just going off vibe for the bottom half and no real research
the easiest way to show this is a terrible projection is to look at his assessment of colorado…
any semblance of real research has colorado dead last in the conference… not only are they dead last… they are comfortably dead last… he has them above 3 big 12 teams
- Colorado was last this season, lost most of the players, and didnt bring anyone notable line
this is colorado roster for next season
- only 4 players with real d1 experience (3 from a bad Colorado team)
- only 1 notable transfer, he is from a mid major, short, and inefficient; he isnt carrying a team in the big 12
- 5 of their top 10 players are 3star freshmen… 2 of their top 5 true sophomores, with horrendous stats from thier 1st year
- imo only 3 players on their entire roster would be in rotation on any other big 12 team
he has then higher than Utah… Utahs Roster:
im context to coloardo
- Keanu dawes is seen as a breakout player (even rothstein acknowledged that)
- utah added a 21pt, 17pt, and 15pt transfer…the obvious knock is their efficency. but this is in comparison to colorado… colorado only has 1 notable transfer and he is just as inefficient
- utah added 2 transfers that were top 50 recruits just last year . notable jahki howard, who was a heavy rotation player for #1 auburn till his “plane fight” incident had him demoted
- 2 international - 1 very notable (too me), Jacob Patrick once known as “the youngest pro in the euro league”… now has 5 full years playing at the highest euroleague level… the other, a Finnish/Nigerian pg who did 15per for finland in the U19
- Very fun context: iowa state has a international player they are super high. the iowa state fans that post here have actually mentioned his multiple times. he was deep bench on a high level euro league team, barely played (which is common, this is the next best league to the NBA) … he played on the same team as patrick… Patrick was the 6th man on that team and actually got starter minutes
objectively you cant think Colorado is better
How is CU so bad in basketball… beautiful place, they must have NIL…
They need to cut ties with Tad…
It’s the coach… and I’m 95% sure he just isn’t offering NIL…
Their entire roster is the epitome of players who would come to a school with no NIL
- 3star recruits that are happy to be in high major at all
- 3 star freshmen that had such statistically bad years that if they transferred it would be to low majors
- The one transfer they got is an undersized inefficient scorer for the mid majors… he is just a role player on any high major … Colorado lowly have him the rare opportunity to come and be the star player of high major program to boost draft stock
- The 2 decent returners, one of them previously international eligibility issues…
This is a roster to put together if your NIL budget is $0
lol both of you have mentioned Dominykas Pleta, one of you post woorked pics of him not to long ago
him and jacob (utahs international recruit) played for the same pro team
He needs to cut ties w/ ill-fitting suits!
Right… If Steve Harvey can do it so can Tad Boyle…
B12 Coaches ranked by On3
- Kelvin Sampson
- Bill Self
- Scott Drew
- TJ Otzelberger
- Grant McCasland
- Tommy Lloyd
- Kevin Young
- Jamie Dixon
- Wes Miller
- Ross Hodge
- Bobby Hurley
- Tad Boyle
- Jerome Tang
- Steve Lutz
- Johnny Dawkins
- Alex Jensen
Wes Miller and Tad Boyle seem too high on this list to me…
Alex Jensen is in a hard spot.
Won’t have the NIL money necessary. Won’t have the fan support of other big 12 schools.
This isn’t done yet but decent chance it could be. Also decent chance Jizzle James doesn’t play for UC anymore so he just takes his spot and UC rolls with Kriisa, Dayday & Tillery at the 1
What’s the deal with Jizzle?
Remember when Pesik wanted Jizzle ove Milos?
Don’t think so, I have a patient who has played in tournaments against Cenac and Flemings, he said both are the real deal and incredible talent as HS talent.
