Agree. You have to bring in talent like your program depends on it. We need to quit worrying about people leaving because their feelings are hurt. For decades Michigan stockpiled highly rated QBs then made them the starter their junior or senior year. Nobody gets a pass and you work your way up the ladder through will power and great play. Let the cream rise, my brothers!
