BOOM! Former 4* USC and OU CB Latrell McCutchin commits to UH

From what i read about waivers, many many waivers granted to Div 1 football players…I think no problem getting a waiver for a young man who was alone in another part of country at an out of state school and now coming back to his home state where his family is and a school in his home state, where his younger brother will also play. But perhaps he thinks a year to get even better and more experienced (in practice) playing corner would be better anyway… He has 3 years to play 2…

My guess is that the “waiver” business is more of a formality than a real obstacle.

I suspect he’ll be eligible this Fall.

And he’ll probably at least be in the mix, if not as a starter.

I think family reasons almost always get approved for a waiver.

I think so, too, BYU fan. feel certain he can get the waiver if he wants it…

We had more than one DB last year that had to wait because they didn’t get a waiver

Not in his case. There was no coaching turnover.

I’m guessing that once he points out that a) he’s now closer to home, and b) his Brother plays here, he’ll get a waiver.

It’ll be little more than an administrative formality, as I said.

Nice job troll….YOU calling anyone or anything “trash” is laughable….

You read a paragraph and your expert opinion is that “he should not start unless there is an injury “

Ok Jefe.

Famous last words. It just doesn’t always work out that way

No just a corner who plays corner but actually a corner who COVERS the guy opposite of himself.

You sound butt hurt. Plus nobody needs the most vulnerable part of the secondary being covered by a terrible cover corner. Thats exactly how you destroy a good defense. Place a bad nickel there.

That’s funny, the link you shared about him said his coverage skills were fine it was his tackling that lacked.

He is missing tackles on recievers and run game. He is not very good.

I assumed the word COVERS meant his coverage skills. But it becomes obvious you 're just here to troll people

Yes. 3rd school for a reason. Equivalent to being cut three times based on reports of struggling to do his job.

You are just making up stuff. He followed Riley to USC, he has never been cut. He started at each school.
What a Troll. Just here to bad mouth the program. Lame

Butt hurt?

Okay Kenneth….

The only thing you know about this kid is from a couple of articles you read, but you sit here and act like you scouted him for years.

Truth is you don’t know sh-t….and don’t come in and tell us you watched every SC game and saw this or that….how about we let him come in and get acclimated and see how he does.

If he winds up being horrible then by all means call me out and tell me how wrong I am.
