Oregon is on a quarter system. Itâs finals time. Then spring break. And nobody cares about the NIT unless youâve been bad for a long time and itâs exciting.
yes, attendance sucks for most teams during the NIT cause of spring break and home games are scheduled a few days in advance. A&M hosted 3 NIT games last year, admission was free to all of them so they could get a crowd.
Would love to see another school take UTâs coach.
There may be skeletons in terryâs closet they know about but donât want to associate with
New AAC Tiers (14 teams):
Tier 1
*Memphis
*FAU
Tier 2
*UAB
*Tulane
*Wichita St
*Tier 3
*SMU
*USF
*ECU
*Temple (depends on HC hire)
*Tulsa
*North Texas (depends on HC hire)
*Charlotte
*Tier 4
*Rice
*UTSA
Iâd put Tulane and Wichita with Memphis in tier 1 and everyone else in tier 2. I donât think FAU prolongs this and i also donât think the top 3 AAC teams let them dominate coming in.
What are the odds FAU keeps their coach after this run? Iâd say not good.
I donât think FAUs coach is leaving this off-season. Maybe in another year or 2, if hes still winning at an elite level
Elite 8, with alot of the same team possibly returning next season for FAU.
UAB, i could add to Tier 1. Cause their coach has made the NCAA tournament before. He recruits the portal really well
USF, could be interesting. Ryan Odom is a good coach.
Overall i think 4 tiers made sense. Rice and UTSA, to me seem like the bottom feeders
I think Tulsa is bottom feeder tooâŠ
Rahim? There are coaches whoâve done way better not get options - this is a cold business
Kennesaw state is a tough gig, I thought he did a good job rebuilding. Also South Fla isnât the most attractive job right now.
âTemple has no clueâ is so hilarious to me
They were markedly improved this year. What were they expecting?
So much for overly emotional pressers.
Temple hired a Coach today. Goodman needs to keep up.
