With some of the freshman UH is recruiting, the only way I would consider Zayden High is if he reached out to UH. There would also be no upfront NIL. High can probably cash in on a NIL elsewhere.

Rumors from UNC fans and this tweet seem to lead to an academic suspension at UNC. Could not be true but the suspension for a first time academic mark at UNC is one semester.

unc looks interesting, RJ davis is injured at not playingn for UNC… most expected 1 of theirr 2 5star to be major players for them, but both have basically been irrelant (obviously giving them grace, their 1st d1 game)
seth trimble who was elite recruit a year ago, but irrelevant year 1 (only 5pts per) looks like an all-american, scoring at will 22 with 10 to play

UNC- could be really scary, beating memphis without RJ davis and both 5star being irrelevant is impressive … rj davis will comeback, and it wont be the 1st ever d1 game for their freshmen all year (high improvement potential)…
seth trimble with 33pts is huge as he wasnt even expected to be a big player for them

Memphis- is a high seed NIT/ bubble NCAA team…enough power to kill some bad teams (which is most of the AAC) but has some many weakness… way too relant on pj haggerty to score, who is a streaky scorer, againt good D, their is not one else a threat to score…they upset some they should but will take a some surpising losses…
uconn (from yesterday): their magic sauce is that they have 2 6’8/6’9 elite shooters that will play the 3/4 together…McNealy and karaban can put up a ton of 3s in the blink of an eye if you arent watching your assignments … theyll be decent on defense … but speaking honestly if you can defend the tall shooters, versus good defense theres is not that much else a threat from uconn… and neither shooters can create for themselves off the bounce … their new center johnson you can guard 1 on 1 … but they key for them is their center getting good enough that you need to double him, if that happens theyll be scary (the 3 and 4 are elite shooters, you cant play help), im not sure i see that tho

rutgers up huge for most of the game, but a big scoring drought the last 6 minutes to lose a close game…
the loss is probably disappointing, but great signs for rutgers if they are willing to grow from it… st johns is a kenpom top 20 team, and way older, and with better polish rutgers could have easily won on the first ever game for true freshmen …
bailey with 25 and harper with 20 …
rutgets post defense annd rebounding looks suspect as hell tho… let Zuby Ejiofor look like prime shaq with 27 (who averages like in 6pt per in his career)… they do play 4 guards with bailey at the 4…
will be curious how we choose to defend them…do we leave jwan with bailey on the perimeter (Who is basically durant lite), and hope the rebounding and post up points outweigh the disadvantage, or do we put Terrance at the 4 to guard bailey who is a better perimeter defender
