Nobody is talking about the suburbs or exurbs…STOP changing the argument!
We are talking about support IN the City of HOUSTON, not the metro…look at a freaking map!
The problem is that most of our posters here do not live inside Houston city limits and even fewer live inside the loop + Uptown, which is what i consider “Living IN the City”
They have been doing the viewing party down there for us for years nothing new
Were u around for phi slama jama years? Now that is when the whole city was crazy over UH basketball, had our own song , people rabid everywhere, this is nothing compared to those times

Yet the CITY has NEVER collectively gone RABID for the Longhorns or Aggies…NEVER.
This is a COOGS CITY and its not even close!!

The H-Town Takeover years created WAY more buzz than UTs last two playoff appearances to win on ALL
Also, remember when they tried to celebrate that UH/UCLA Game of the Century Game by swapping UT for UH and NOBODY showed up…or cared!

I have one from Indy, not from New Orleans or Albuquerque. Those are the only ones I’ve been to.
