It looks like Atlanta is pushing hard. It will suck if they get a franchise they have already had 2 NHL teams that have moved.

If the league expands Houston has a chance to be the 2nd team I canât see the league just adding 1 team just for scheduling purposes.

It would be totally nuts to give Atlanta a third shot at the NHL before giving Houston a shot. Both the WHA Aeros and the IHL/AHL Aeros drew very well here, and there are tons more transplanted Yankees here now than there was then. It is a great sport, and I have made hockey fans out of many people over the years by just getting them to go see a game in person once. In my opinion, it is the most exciting sporting event to see live out of the five major sports. Television doesnât do it justice.
