Try building out and opening a restaurant in Houston. The Spanish Inquisition was more pleasurable than dealing with the City.

Many construction workers work 10 hour days
I was on campus last week, walking around in the middle of the day. I saw construction workers working. It was over 100 degrees. I was only out there for a couple of hours, but I don’t know how they do it. I was drenched in sweat wearing lightly colored, lightweight clothes. Their attire was heaver in weight.
While there appeared to be quite a bit of work left to do, it seemed bulky work. The type that shouldn’t take a lot of time to complete.
They just get acclimated and used to the heat working in it every day
It’s not like we have had a lot of rainouts this year to delay construction.
