I’m just here to say that I’ve grown to dislike Parker Ainsworth will all the clickbaity headlines and coverage this past year.
@NorfolkCoog Locked on Podcast, you have to do a Daily Show
There’s not enough UH content, to do a daily show. So unfortunately it has rumors and headlines to get YouTube clicks
Where’s the click bait? I don’t see it.

Sometimes you just have to weed out the bad apples on Coogfans as you can’t appease everyone in here. If you ignore them they’ll go away or they’ll say some snarky comment that makes them look like fools. Parker is a solid podcaster!
Give me a nerd at heart like Parker over a degenerate karen in a sports message board.
Does it really matter what Parker does to attract his 200 viewers?
The YouTube business/streaming is hard. Need the algorithm to boost your viewership
I’ve listened to Parker. Seems like a nice guy. If i want UH talk I’ll listen to Monceaux and Towns. Maybe Kris Gardner. That’s about it
What about Matt Thomas… lol
if you think its bad now wait until how the alarmists get when we struggle in november again ![]()
6’8 bigs are right in Sampson’s wheelhouse
Just heard that Sharp has decided to leave the team too
Big if true
I have to believe UH’s rebuild/reload, whatever you want to call it, may impact Cenac’s decision on the draft. Cenac comes back if he doesn’t like his projected draft position and believes he can improve his draft position next year. Currently, Cenac does not know who his PG is, has two returning players slated to start who have never been collegiate starters, and a PF playing C. That would create doubt about my success next year if I’m Cenac. Cenac could decide he needs another year of college, and hit the transfer portal for a better situation.
Just make sure we don’t run into a Mara come tournament time. Dude shut down Reed.
It was like a dad playing defense on his 5 year old.
Not many Maras out there…
I don’t know what to make of these players deciding to transfer even though the roster/line up is far from set. CKS will have quite a challenge on his hands.
It sure looks like Sampson cleaned House. No more multi-year “projects” like Lath and MacFarland.
His program has centered on signing High School players, developing them, playing them in years 3-5.
With select transfers added, like Grimes and Cryer.
Obviously he has decided to go with players who can play right now. They already are developed.
Michigan just became the first school to win a Natty with 5 transfers starting. This now will be a thing.
I don’t think MacFarland was going to be a multi year project his injury had a lot to do with that. But also clear that after this year we were going to be in need of older starting caliber players coming in.
Ced I don’t think was ever going to get there. It was pretty clear that being our victory cigar player sat really poorly with him.
I enjoy listening to Parker. It is good to have options for information. With that said… all the Locked In shows use sensationalized headlines… I find it annoying as well.
If Kelvin is in his last year or perhaps last 2 or 3 then he may not want to wait on players that aren’t going to be ready in the window he is here. Complete guess. If it is true as someone has rumored (rumor stage to be clear) that Fertitta is willing to bump the NIL for one last real run at a natty then I would expect that we pay Cenac what it takes to bring him back ($3-4M) and sell him he can go from late 1st this year to early 1st next year. We also bring in some eye turning transfers. If we can get Jojo, McCarthy, Miller, and Cenac all back with a couple big time transfers then yeah we could be top 10 preseason again and then you take your chances.
