If I’m brutally honest I think attendance won’t be great simply because both teams are in a down cycle right now, but that doesn’t mean the game won’t be highly entertaining. Naturally, I hope the Cougars do most of the entertaining!

What kind of campaign is being done on campus for this game?
Are radio/tv stations/print advertising it.
Are the local sports shows talking about it?
How much is matt thomas speaking about it?

I do believe I heard a radio advertising on a music radio station. I don’t listen to the radio station that often anymore though.

Being out WEST I won’t be able to attend but I would like to send you this challenge.
Each one of us sends and email to our 20 closest friends to either watch or attend the game and ask them to do the same.

I’m digging your enthusiasm! I always get excited the cougar football first game. I planned a tailgate with a theme and invited people, got like 7 people to go( I have 4 season tix as well). These people are just going to party but still. lol

- I recently saw digital advertisements for the game inside the Hobby Airport pax terminal;
- Almost daily I get a feed on my Facebook page advertising the game;
Seems like we do need more buzz around the game. Hopefully, it will pick up as we move closer towards game day.

We have a chance to send emails, texts, phone calls and make sure COOG NATION tunes in or attend. We have got to send a signal. Everything helps.

Yeah, I feel like we really need to win this game to help with all of the realignment talk. It would be nice to have a good crowd too but I’m not expecting our fan base to show out for this game.
