Red, the bank was Enterprise Bank, located in a then brand new building (now the Planned Parenthood building just SE of campus on 45)

The President of the bank was Charlie Marino, a member of the BOR. My understanding was that Marino just did what everyone else was doing, except we did things on a much smaller scale
the NCAA also crushed Marino, imposing a ban on him participating in pretty much everything UH

We got a bad rap all the way around


I will also point out that when SMU got the only Death Penalty (the only one ever meted out), that there were 3 UT Alums on the Infractions Committee
which acts as Judge, Jury, and Sentencer
Texas and GagEm just got uber tired of getting there buckets soaked

My thought is whoever CDH signs from the transfer portal will end up being the starting QB. CDH will not offer without an educated guess that this player will be starter.

CDH knows this is a make or break year for him and he can’t go into the season with an inexperienced QB.

I hope we get to see Coley in the bowl game. He looks stout like Duggan at TCU.
