I have season tickets in section 105 for 5 years. The sound system and speakers are blaring loud! One has to shout to the person next to them just to have a normal conversation. I have reported my issue to numerous A.D. personnel with no luck.
Better get it fixed quick… everyone knows that Houston fan requires 72F maintained while attending sporting events…
This year has been weird. In the past, you could pretty much assume it would be cool enough inside that many people would be comfortable in jackets/sweatshirts. There have been several games this year where it seemed like the thermostat was busted.
I don’t know if people complained about it being too chilly and they made adjustments, or if something is wrong with the system - guessing the latter.
And it’s nowhere near “hot” - just stuffy and kind of uncomfortable because no air is moving.
Dickinson was complaining about the how hot it was in the postgame players interview. Not completely sure, but I think he was referring to inside the interview room, not during the game.

If you turn down the sensitivity on your hearing aids, it will be more bearable
I can hear the sound system just can’t understand most of what they are saying, it’s not a good sound system
The dimming of the lights at Fertitta Center last night reminded me of old Hofheinz Pavilion when they used to dim the crowd lights to give the game a stage performance feel.
Yep, I always bring a jacket because it gets so cold, but not the last two games…it didn’t take me long to shuck that last night…
Coog fans at TDECU….
We need a roof
We need some shade
We need rain cover
We need night games to cool off
We hate the DJ
Coog fans at Fertitta….
The A/C is too cold
The heat is too hot
The speakers are too loud
We hate the PA and game day host
At least those people are at the games.
Basically we complain the most about anything.
We get a new state of the art football stadium to replace Robertson and we still complain.
We renovated the old leaking dungeon of Hofheinz with Fertitta Center and we still complain.
Heck even NRG Stadium is not even 25 years old and everyone wants to get a new stadium.
Quit complaining about the complainers
I liked the lights down. You could see better.
Eh, get over it. Not a big deal except that you’re exaggerating the whole thing for some reason - doubt you even go to the games.
I was at the game last night lol
I didn’t feel it being too hot but I showed up in shorts and a t-shirt
When the lights go down in the City-- Journey
It was hot.
Me too. Like I said, it wasn’t really “hot” where I was sitting, but it was definitely stuffy, and it’s usually pretty cool. If I’d been wearing jeans and/or long sleeves, it would have been a sweaty game.
I’m sure some seating areas were worse than others, though.
The HVAC definitely wasn’t operating at full strength.
Same here. I was sweating but I chalked that up to a super tense ball game.
My seats are next to the aisle so I have more breathing room and I don’t have body heat to my right unless people are constantly standing in the aisle.
