It’s not that there’s a divide it’s that there are some football fans that have bandwagoned over to basketball that don’t remember what we looked like before Coach Sampson. Since they lack that perspective and in general, have no understanding of how CBB works, they routinely spout off and give insane takes because they don’t know any better.

You need to go back and check your sources…a FEW years ago, we were in the Final Four, and then the Elite Eight the year AFTER that. If you don’t know anything about sports, please excuse yourself from the table, please…and give up your season tix to someone that can truly use them

I was in attendance for plenty of the tournament games UH played in including the Villanova and Duke games and now going on 5+ years of season tickets since Fertitta Center opened.
