I had heard 10:00am.
You presented your evidence with a main point. These so called evidence are repetitive of your first filing. Case dismissed. Final.
New exhibits and new evidence.
Thatâs it.
More on that.
Quote: Alabama had the No. 5 strength of schedule this year, according to ESPNâs metrics, while Florida Stateâs came in at No. 55. Corrigan said that was one of the biggest pieces of the conversation.
Court is highly annoyed by your lack of preparedness and wasting the courtâs time. Prosecutor is charged and will to perform community hours. If you insist you the court will make you pick up trash on the freeway with an orange jump suit. Your call.
My call is ask for a directed verdict.
Evidence of FSUâs sucktastic schedule has been presented with no rebuttal.
You asked for it. Law to report at 8am at the entrance of the Sam Houston Toll road. Orange jump suit will be provided. You have to wear steel toes shoes. Gloves will be provided. Arthritis or goute is not an excuse.
Nah, at the most Iâd get library book sorting.
But of course, my directed credit will be granted.
from a source, apparently FSU has a deal to be picked up by B10 when they bolt ACC. But, none of the others they are trying to pull out have that deal, not even Clemson. Getting around the GOR depends on getting others to come along. Will the B12 be a landing spot? It looks like a P2 is coming, so no PAC, no ACC and no B12. It seems if B12 could land, NC, Duke, Virginia and Miami with the addition of Arizona they would control the FF, as it could be B12 every year. It would be interesting to hear what Yormark is forcasting.
Wow.
So FSU would be the B1Gâs first non-AAU invite (other than ND, which is now AAU, of course)?
That would be something!
As I said, not seeing that.
There are too many content providers that need more content on a Saturday than a mere 34/35 or even 48 teams can provide.
Thatâs why I donât see there ever being fewer than three major conferences.
The ACC will exist, though perhaps not as a major conference, depending on which teams leave.
And againâŠas long as ND wants to be a football independentâŠit appears that there will be something will hold that conference together.
There is not going to be 2 main conferences unless your talking the money aspect , there will be a P3 and the G5.They will figure in CFB now and into the future.
It really does not matter what you see, ESPN is driving the bus.
ESPN has like four different networks on any Saturday, needing at least three games each.
Thatâs 12 games requiring 24 teams.
Add in a few FOX networks, ABC, CBS, and NBC.
As well as the B1G Network, SEC Network, etc.
And perhaps some additional content providers.
Simply too much for a mere two conferences to cover down onâŠeven two conferences of 24 teams.
Big Ten is a Fox property so if the rumor about FSU having a landing spot with them is true. Which makes sense. Because there not going to the SEC which is a ESPN property. ESPN ainât running things in this case
ESPN will need to back fill from remaining teams, as they do now with G5, but will promote THEIR Champion of the P2 in all sports.
Gonna be hard in a 12 team playoff for those P2 conferences to monopolize all twelve slots.
I canât say that that playoff format wonât change, it could.
But I donât see the SEC and B1G monopolizing it all. They may dominate it, but they will not monopolize it.
ESPECIALLY as long as ND wants to be independent.
Just head from a source that AAC is a âreal possibilityâ for FSU. Getting to the playoff every year is gonna be a selling point for the new AAC commissioner to the desperate FSU administration according to rumors.
Another thing the P2 have to be cognizant of is antitrust and collusion suits being brought about by the left out teams
NOT a possibility.
Theyâre already complaining about making less than the SEC and B1G.
In the AACâŠtheyâd be making about one-fourth of what the Big 12 makes.
NOT happening.
