Game 16: #7 Houston @ Baylor (W 77-55)

as long as he makes them against the rest of the top teams in conference and the R32 onwards…

Reminds me of what some posters were saying about Javier. His improvement was obvious but every time he would rush a shot or make a poor decision some would come unhinged criticize his development and offensive skills. Jojo has come leaps and bounds with his offensive footwork, decision making and touch with either hand. It’s more difficult to get into a rhythm when the ball doesn’t run through you. If we did run it through Jojo he could score 16-18 per game but this team doesn’t need him to score. He can be used to take advantage of certain matchups and his overall activity.

Tugler is gonna be badass

I agree he is making improvements and his free throws I usually feel better about then Cenac which is odd considering Cenac has a good looking jumper. I would just like to see a decisive move around the basket instead of a rushed shot. Tugler could dominate in the paint with a spin to the left or drop step, I just see so much potential.

Shoots to much of a line drive, needs a little more arc on his FT shot

Cenac should be a much better FT shooter than 60%.

I think Cenac is going to be pretty good at everything.

If Cenac gets hacked as much as I think he will in the future he will get better at free throws…

Cenac has shot to few FTs to really have an opinion. He’s 14 of 22. If he’d made 2 more he’d be shooting 74%.

“Whose House” came off great on TV, even the announcers picked up on it.
