Man, Sampson really pumped up Cenac in that presser. That dude is easily the most Improved defensive player on the team.

And we’re still not great at boxing out, but we’re SO much better at getting position and going after rebounds. I’m seeing guys more consistently getting a body on the other team and freeing up others to get the boards.

Flemings’ foul trouble has given other guys more minutes and has diversified the offense. He needs to get that under control, but I s actually been good for the team.

This defense is finally starting to have that dawg in it.

I would guess we have the best defense against the teams we play, which would make up for the poor shooting. That along with the best rebounding against our opponents.

I gotta think Fleming’s foul trouble stems from his poor defense on tech game in the first half. Coach probably wants him to play more aggressive D and that’s gonna result in some foul trouble until you get it down. It does allow others PT to develop so that’s one positive.

We were on pace to hold them under 11, which I think was the single-half record we set a year or two ago. Then those jerks had the audacity to start hitting shots smh

Great game by Houston, how long was WVU on 5 points? Makes you wonder about Kansas, if WVU can beat Kansas with Peterson, then KU turns around and beats #2 without Peterson, is he a great player that makes the team toxic?

we were around there when net first dropped but we’ve been around 12-15 since we played arkansas

it’s not as big as the leaps we took on torvik or kenpom though

Another Sampson style game! Getting Tugler away from top of the key is doing wonders for the flow. The offensive rebounding is destroying our opponents’ souls. Now just got to get more shots to drop and we should become a bigger juggernaut.

It’s nice to see Harwell coming on. I believe this month will be pivotal for him to get comfortable in the offense and I see alot of his defense improvement. He still gets behind ever once in awhile when someone is driving to the basket but we have Jo Jo to back him up. We know what we have in the starting 5 but need that reliable 6 man.
